Where do you deliver, and when?

At Soul Studios RTM, we offer shipping in The Netherlands! Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 days after purchase.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Mistakes happen! If you've entered an incorrect address, please reach out to our customer service as soon as possible at soulstudios.rtm@gmail.com. We'll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Can I change my order’s shipping address?

If your order has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll check if it's still possible to update the delivery address. Since we process and ship orders quickly, changes may not be possible once the order has been paid for and completed.

My package hasn’t arrived yet—what should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that your package hasn’t arrived yet, but don’t worry! First, check the tracking link in your confirmation email, as the delivery date may have been updated by the shipping carrier. Also, verify that the shipping address you provided is correct.

If the expected delivery date remains unchanged and the address is accurate, check your email (including spam/junk folders) for any notifications from the shipping carrier. Your package may have been delivered to a neighbor or rescheduled for a later date.

Do I need to pay import fees or customs taxes?

We do not ship outside The Netherlands.

To keep shipping costs fair, we’ve set up special rates:

  • Free shipping within the Netherlands on orders over €55
